Flip On Your Happy Switch & Always Feel Great


Would you like to know how you can feel great 24/7? You can literally flip on your happy switch just like you do your bathroom light. There are a few easy requirements before you can actually become a beacon of positive happiness.

Look back at all the feelings you had in the last 7 days. List them… all the good ones on one side and all the bad ones on the other side. Regardless of whether you label a particular feeling good or bad, your feelings are a choice. You chose to have them.

Before you jump into the deep end of denial, let me explain. Your feelings are triggered by a reaction to something or your circumstances. Categorizing your circumstances as positive or negative will pretty much dictate your feelings.

If you choose to see things negatively… then guess how you are going to feel. There is all ways a silver lining in every cloud. Just like every experience you have has some positive aspect.

Next look at you body language. What your body is doing will dictate your feelings. Do you always have a frown or a smile on your face. Are your shoulders slumped over like you are carrying the world with all its excess luggage on your shoulders.

Just changing your body alone can change your mood. It can be as simple as jumping around and saying you are so excited. Honestly, Your brain cannot tell the difference between a real or imagined event.

Then we have the phrases or questions you continuously repeat to yourself. Like.. Why does my life suck? or Why can’t I get a break? or Why can’t something good happen to me? Then you have phrases like I am worthless, I am stupid or I hate my life. These negative voices are reprogramming your subconscious and doing lots of damage like a Tsunami on a nice pristine shore.

What can you do? How can you flip on your happy switch? Simple, change one of the three things I mentioned above whether it be how your body moves, your focus or what you say to yourself. Changing just one will make you fell better. Imagine how you would feel if you changed 2 or all three.

The first step in the process is awareness. You have to be aware of your body, your focus and what you are saying so you can nip it in the bud and flip on your happy switch.
