There is lots of power behind putting your dreams down in writing. Seriously, it could result in you earning 10 times the salary. Why wouldn’t you want to write your goals down just to increase your earning potential and create a better life for you and your family.
Bottom line, successful people have goals with a plan and I will prove it to you. Check this out…In 1979 a study was conducted of the students in the Harvard MBA program. They were asked the question. “If they have dear specific goals and plans in place to make them happen?”
84% – had nothing
13% – thought about their goals but hadn’t written then down.
3% – had the whole goals thing with a plan covered.
The interviewers caught up with the MBA class of 1979 10 years later. They had some interesting results to share.
The 13% who had the goals and not written them was making twice the income of the 84%
The 3% who took the time to write down their goals and plan generated income 10 times that of the combined 97%

I write my goals down everyday most times twice per day. It keeps me focused and puts me in a great frame of mind.
Even if you aren’t able to see the ‘how’ of what some would call an impossible goal, still take the time to write it down.
Lots of people teach making your goals specific with a timeline. I don’t have a timeline on my goals. The act of writing them down daily make them a prominent fixture in my mind. As for being specific, sometimes we limit ourselves in how much we think we can achieve.
I learned this from Grant Cardone. Write your goals down and multiply them by a factor of 10 then put a plan in place to take 10 times the action to bring your goals into fruition.
